Introductory Workshop – Aquatic Bodywork with the Jahara Technique & Feldenkrais Principles

About water
Water is the foundation of all life on Earth.

It represents untapped potential – like a seed before it sprouts.

Processes in water occur quietly, beneath the surface, gently and gradually, until a new cycle begins.

In the body, the water element is linked to the kidneys – the root, the core energy source that fuels the entire system.

Workshop Structure – 4 Hours

Dry Introduction (40 min)

3 Hours in the Water – practice, learning, awareness, posture, and stability

Demonstration (20 min)
